摘要
目的对比护理分级评分装置和Barthel指数评定量表在临床使用中的实用性及准确方便性。方法抽取60名护士分别用护理分级评分装置和Barthel指数评定量表对随机选定的150例患者进行评分,分别记录其使用护理分级评分装置评定用时和评定分值和Barthel指数评定量表评定用时和评定分值,对比其用时及评定分值。护理分级评分装置在临床推广使用后,对临床344名护士进行问卷调查,对比护理分级评分装置和Barthel指数评定量表在临床使用中的实用性及方便准确性。结果用护理分级评分装置和Barthel指数评定量表两项评定分值差异无统计学意义,使用护理分级评分装置评定用时短于使用Barthel指数评定量表评定用时。结论护理分级评分装置较Barthel指数评定量表实用方便。
Objective To comparative study the practicality and accuracy of the comparative nursing grading device and the Barthel index rating scale in clinical use. Methods 60 nurses were selected to score 150 randomly selected patients with the nursing grading system and the Barthel index scale. The scores of the nursing grade grading system and the assessment score and the Barthel index were recorded respectively. Assessment of scores, compared with the use of time and assessment scores. Nursing grading and grading device in clinical use, the clinical survey of 344 nurses, compared to nursing grading devices and Barthel index rating scale in the clinical use of practical and convenient accuracy. Results There was no significant difference between the two scales in the nursing grading scale and the Barthel index. The time of use of the nursing grading scale was significantly shorter than that of the Barthel index. Conclusion Nursing grading and rating device is more convenient and practical than Barthel index.
