摘要
目的探究针对精神科患者护理工作过程中应用预警管理模式的临床价值,为切实提升精神科患者的临床护理效果提供经验支持条件。方法择取2013年10月-2014年12月我院收治的精神科患者145例作为对照组,2015年10月-2016年10月我院收治的精神科患者145例作为研究组。对照组患者运用常规管理方法开展临床护理工作,研究组患者运用预警管理方法开展临床护理工作,观察比较两组患者的临床不良事件发生率。结果研究组患者的临床不良事件发生率低于对照组患者,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对精神科患者运用常规管理方法开展临床护理工作,能够取得较好效果。
Objective The clinical application value of early warning management mode on nursing for psychiatric patients in the process, in order to improve the effect of clinical nursing care in patients with psychiatric support conditions. Methods Selected 145 cases of psychiatric patients as the reference group from October 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital, 145 cases of patients in our hospital psychiatric as the study group from October 2015 to October 2016. Control group with routine management method for clinical nursing of patients in the study group, the use of early warning management method to carry out clinical nursing work, observe the incidence rate of adverse clinical events were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical study of the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that of the reference group of patients. The statistical significance of the data differences between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For psychiatric patients using conventional management methods to carry out clinical nursing work, to get good effect.
