急诊急救患者护理风险因素的识别及防范对策

Nursing Risk Factors Identification and Preventive Measures of Emergency Patients

目的归纳急诊急救患者的护理风险因素并制定对应的护理防范措施。方法将2014年5月-2016年5月我院收治的100例急诊急救患者纳入研究。前50例实行常规护理,分析其护理风险因素,据此制定防范护理对策并应用到后50例患者的护理过程中。对比防范措施实施前后患者的护理满意度。结果急诊急救护理风险因素主要来源于医院管理、护理人员、患者自身这3个方面;实施风险管理前后,护理满意度由78%(39/50)上升至98%(49/50),差异存在统计学意义。结论急诊急救中存在复杂的风险因素,需要医护人员加强重视,制定针对性的护理防范措施。以减少急诊科护理缺陷的护理投诉的发生,从而提升急诊急救工作护理技术质量和护理服务质量。

Objective To summarize the nursing risk factors of emergency patients and formulate corresponding preventive measures. Methods 100 cases of emergency patients admitted to our hospital during the period from May 2014 to May 2016 were included in the study. Before the implementation of the first 50 cases of routine care, analysis of the risk factors, to develop preventive care countermeasures and apply to the 50 cases of patients after the nursing process. Nursing satisfaction of patients before and after the implementation of preventive measures. Results Emergency nursing risk factors mainly come from the hospital management, nursing staff and patients themselves these three aspects; and the preventive measures for the implementation, nursing satisfaction by 78%（39/50） up to 98%（49/50）, there was significant difference. Conclusion There are complicated risk factors in emergency treatment, which need to be paid more attention to, and the preventive measures are formulated.
