食管癌根治术后胸内吻合口漏的预防及护理要点分析

Analysis the Main Points of Nursing and Prevention of Anastomotic Leakage After Resection of Esophageal Cancer

目的研究食管癌根治术后发生胸内吻合口漏的成因,总结归纳预防与护理措施。方法选取我院自2015年5月-2016年5月诊治的72例食管癌根治术患者,对比分析实施预防与护理胸内吻合口漏前后的效果。结果预防护理前,胸内吻合口漏发生率为18.05%,高于预防护理后(5.55%),实施前后数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于食管癌根治术后形成胸内吻合口漏的患者予以有效、积极的预防与护理尤为重要,可以改善临床护理效果。

Objective To study the causes of thoracic anastomotic leakage after radical operation of esophageal cancer, and to summarize the prevention and nursing measures. Methods 72 cases of esophageal cancer in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected for the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer patients, the effect of prevention and nursing before and after the leakage of the thoracic anastomosis were analyzed and compared. Results The preventive nursing before the intrathoracic anastomotic leakage probability of 18.05% was significantly higher than that of after preventive care of 5.55%, before and after the implementation of data significantly, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is very important to prevent and cure the patients with thoracic anastomotic leakage after radical operation of esophageal cancer, so it is very important to prevent and nursing, it can improve the clinical nursing effect.
