摘要
目的探讨急性肾衰竭患者的临床护理方法及效果。方法以我院于2015年6月-2016年6月收治的50例急性肾衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。对对照组患者采用常规护理,对观察组患者采用整体护理,对比两种护理方法的效果。结果观察组的并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用及护理满意度均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性肾衰竭患者采用整体护理,可降低并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing method and effect of acute renal failure patients. Methods 50 patients with acute renal failure admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and the patients in the observation group were treated with holistic nursing care, and the effects of the two nursing methods were compared. Results The complication rate, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing in patients with acute renal failure can reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, the effect is significant.
