探讨无痛消化内镜诊疗的护理效果观察

Study the Nursing Effect of Painless Digestive Endoscopy

目的对无痛消化内镜诊疗的临床护理效果进行观察研究。方法根据我院的400例内镜诊疗病例进行研究分析,分成A、B两组。A组使用新型手术配合全面护理,B组使用传统手术配合常规护理,对两组的诊疗不良反应和满意度进行对比分析。结果 A组患者呛咳发生率是1.0%、恶心为1.5%、术后不适为2.0%,满意度是99.5%;B组以上数据分别是10.0%、85.0%、20.0%、60.0%,A组呛咳、恶心、术后不适发生率均要比B组小,患者满意度比B组高,结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛消化内镜诊疗使用手术和护理相结合的方式,能够减少患者的不良反应,提升临床满意度,所以对无痛消化内镜诊疗和护理相结合进行研究分析具有重要作用。

Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of painless with digestive endoscopy. Methods 400 cases of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment in our hospital were analyzed and divided into A and B group. A group used the new surgery with comprehensive care, B group using traditional surgery with routine care, the two groups of adverse reactions and satisfaction were analyzed. Results A group of patients the incidence of cough was 1.0%, nausea was 1.5%, postoperative discomfort rate was 2.0%, satisfaction is 99.5%, the B group of the above data were 10.0%, 85.0%, 20.0%, 60.0%, A group were cough, nausea rate rate, postoperative discomfort rate than the B group. Patient satisfaction than the B contributions, results there were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Painless endoscopy using surgery and nursing combination, can reduce the adverse reactions of patients, improve clinical satisfaction, so the painless digestive endoscopy in treatment and care combining research and analysis have important function.
