探讨产后综合康复护理对产妇产后抑郁及子宫康复的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Postpartum Depression and Uterine Rehabilitation

目的探讨综合护理在产后抑郁和子宫康复中的影响效果。方法根据2014年1月-2015年4月我院接收的62例初产妇来进行研究分析,将其分成研究组和对照组,研究组使用综合康复护理,对照组使用常规护理,对两组产妇产后抑郁和子宫康复情况进行对比分析。结果研究组平均产后抑郁评分是(7.34±2.16)分,对照组是(10.70±5.11)分,两组结果差异存在统计学意义,研究组产后恢复情况良好;研究组产后子宫入盆腔时间、恶露时间和出血等情况比对照组少,结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇接受者综合康复护理可以对其心情和子宫康复产生较好的帮助,患者预后情况良好。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on postpartum depression and uterine rehabilitation. Methods 62 cases of primipara to study and analysis in our hospital from January 2014 to April 2015, divided into study group and control group, the study group used the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, the control group used routine nursing, comparative analysis of two groups of maternal postpartum depression and uterus rehabilitation. Results The study group average postpartum depression score was（7.34±2.16） points, the control group is（10.70±5.11） points, the results of the two groups there was a significant difference between the study group, postpartum recovery in good condition, the study group into the pelvic cavity, postpartum uterine lochia time and bleeding time is less than the control group. Results were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care of pregnant women can help their mood and uterine rehabilitation, and the prognosis of patients is good.
