全程陪护分娩与正常分娩护理的对比研究

The Comparison Study of Care With Full Escort Delivery and Normal Delivery

目的对全程陪护分娩和正常分娩的临床护理效果进行对比研究。方法对我院280例产妇进行研究分析,将其分组为对照组和观察组,对照组140例使用常规护理,观察组140例使用全程陪伴护理,对两组产妇的临床护理效果进行比较分析。结果临床分娩时,观察组产妇的Ⅲ级疼痛例数病例75例、正常分娩例数98例,对照组是13例和67例,观察组有42例剖宫产,对照组有73例剖宫产,两组结果对比差异存在统计学(P<0.05)。结论正常分娩时使用全程陪护分娩模式能够提升分娩的质量,降低产妇的分娩疼痛,提升护理效果。

Objective To compare the clinical nursing effect of full escort delivery and normal delivery. Methods 280 cases of pregnant women in our hospital were analyzed, which will be divided into control group and observation group, 140 cases in the control group used the routine nursing, the observation group of 140 cases using the accompany nursing mode, the clinical nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results The clinical grade of pain during childbirth, postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group of 75 cases, the number of normal delivery in 98 cases, the control group was 13 cases and 67 cases, the observation group with 42 cases of uterine rupture cases, 73 cases in the control group there were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Normal delivery using full escort delivery mode can significantly improve the quality of delivery, reduce maternal pain of childbirth, improve the nursing effect.
