摘要 针对感应加热串联半桥表面淬火工艺易出现的集肤效应问题,通过对串联半桥逆变电路的建模及调功方式的分析,提出一种脉冲频率与脉冲宽度复合调功策略。通过Simulink软件对感应加热系统电路的搭建验证了复合调功策略的可行性,并结合仿真结果对感应加热输出恒定功率进行了样机模型的实际测试。实验结果表明,复合调功策略可有效实现输出恒功率的控制与负载频率的跟踪,提高了系统的适应能力及整体性能,具有一定的可行性和有效性。 By modeling a series of half-bridge inverter circuit and analyzing power regulation way, a composite regula- tion power of pulse frequency and pulse width strategy is proposed, aiming at solving the problem of skin effect mainly happens in the induction heating,series half-bridge and induction surface hardening.An induction heating system cir- cuit is built through Simulink software to verify the feasibility of the complex power regulation policies.According to the simulation results,a prototype models actual test is made for induction heating a constant output power.Experi- mental results show that the composite power regulation strategy can effectively achieve the control of constant power output and the load frequency tracking.The strategy can improve the ability of adaptability and the overall perfor- mance with a certain feasibility and effectiveness.
