磁场电源数字化控制器研制

Design of Digital Controller for Magnetic Field Power Supply

摘要 介绍了一个用于速调管磁场电源的数字信号处理器(DSP)的全数字化频率调制(FM)型谐振电源控制器,该控制器可应用于串联谐振、并联谐振及LLC谐振电路,并具有同步整流功能,采用调频工作模式,通过比例积分微分(PID)算法实现闭环控制,保证了磁场电源输出稳定性,提高了磁场电源的效率和可靠性。 A full digital frequency modulation (FM) type resonant power supply controller based on digital signal pro- cessor(DSP) for the magnetic field power supply of klystron is introduced.The controller has the function of synchro- nous rectification and can be used in series resonant, parallel resonant and LLC resonant circuit, working under the FM mode.At the same time,through the closed-loop control by proportional integral differential(PID) algorithm the sta- bility of the magnetic field power supply's output can be guaranteed, with high efficiency and reliability.
