摘要
阐述了二倍升压式开关电容AC/AC变换器的主电路结构、工作过程、等效内阻和等效电容。采用了方差分析法分析各电路参数对电路等效内阻的影响程度,从而得出开关通态电阻对其影响最大的结论。此外搭建了一台实验样机,采用了两种不同通态电阻的MOSFET进行了实验对比。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
Main circuit structure,working processes, equivalent resistance and equivalent capacitor of double Boost switch capacitor AC/AC converter are introduced.The influence of each circuit parameter to circuit internal resistance are analyzed by using variance analysis.And it shows that the switch state on resistance is the most significant factor. A prototype is designed and two different MOSFET of state on resistance are used to compare with in this experiment. The experimental results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.
