摘要
针对有源电力滤波器(APF)主电路中。IGBT易出故障的问题,提出了容错型三相四开关APF。介绍了新型容错拓扑的结构,并分析短路故障和开路故障下如何进行故障隔离与拓扑切换。由于每个桥臂故障后的容错结构,采用传统方法实现空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)时较复杂,对比提出了相应的改进算法,并对比3种桥臂故障情况,进行了算法简化的理论分析。搭建容错型三相四开关APF实验平台,实验表明该容错控制方案可行。
Aiming at the fault of the IGBT in the main circuit of active power f'dter(APF), the fault-tolerant threephase four-switch APF is proposed.A new fault-tolerant topology is introduced, and the control strategy of fault isola- tion and topology switching is analyzed under short circuit fault and open circuit fault.Due to the fault-tolerant struc- ture of each bridge, the traditional algorithm to realize the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is complex, therefore a corresponding improved algorithm is proposed.And the simplified theoretical algorithm is analyzed under the comparison of three bridge fault situation.Finally, a fault-tolerant three-phase four-switch APF experimental plat- form is built, and the experimental results show that the the fault-tolerant control scheme is feasible.
