摘要
传统的曲质检测方法较为落后且费时费力,检验过程也会造成药品的消耗和废液的产生。针对近红外光谱仪在分析应用中具备快速、准确、无污染等特点,提出了建立针对中高温酒曲3个指标:水分、淀粉、酸度的近红外模型,用于取代手工检测,达到快速检测的目的。
Traditional detection methods of Daqu are backward and time-consuming. Besides, reagents consumption and the yield of poisonous liquid are also troublesome issues in the detection process. However, the application of near infrared spectrometer has the advantages including rapid detection, accurate detection and no pollution, etc. In this paper, the detection model by near infrared spectrometer for three physiochemical indexes of medium-high-temperature Daqu including water content, starch content and acidity had been established, which could be used in- stead of manual detection to achieve rapid detection.
