摘要
建立了GC-MS/MS对白酒中17种邻苯二甲酸酯类的快速分析方法。样品经正己烷提取、离心、静置分层,取上清液进行分析。采用PTV程序升温进样程序,结合15 m长的毛细管柱,15 min内对样品进行有效的分析。实验结果表明,该方法的相对标准偏差为2.1%~6.3%,回收率为82%~117%,检出限为0.04~1μg/kg(DINP为40μg/kg),此方法快速、稳定,适合批量样品的检测分析。
A method for rapid detection of 17 kinds phthalate esters in Baijiu by GC-MS/MS had been developed. Liquor samples were extracted with n-hexane, after centrifugation and still stratification, supernatant liquid was obtained for subsequent analysis. PTV temperature-rising and sample-injecting program was adopted, and 15 m capillary column was used for sample analysis within 15 min. The experimental results suggested that, the relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.1% to 6.3 %, the recoveries were in the range of 82 % to 117 %, and the detection limits were 0.04- 1 μg/kg(DINP was 40 μg/kg). Such method was suitable for batch sample analysis due to its rapid and stable detection.
