摘要
以过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用两步法合成聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC),研究了体系温度、引发剂用量、p H值、金属螯合剂Na4EDTA用量对合成物特性粘度和单体转化率的影响,并在此工艺上合成了特性粘度1.8 dl/g,单体转化率为85%的高相对分子质量的PDMDAAC,对合成的目标产物进行了红外光谱表征和热重分析,并讨论其在微污染饮用水中的应用,均聚后的PDMDAAC具有较高的相对分子质量和正电荷密度,对东江水源水都具有较好的去浊效果。
Poly dially dimethyl ammonium chloride (PDMDAAC) with high molecular weight was synthesized by the clean production process of heating and thermal insulation. The paper studies the effects of each processing factors, such as the amounts of initiator, chelating agent, pH value, reaction temperature and warm temperature on the product PDMDAAC' s intrinsic viscosity and conversion rate, introducing synthesis of relative molecular mass PDMDAAC (the intrinsic viscosity of 1.8 dL/g, the monomer con- version of 85% ) , verifying the target products by FT-IR, TGA, discussing the application of PDMDAAC in slight-polluted source water. In summary, the homopolymerization of PDMDAAC with high molecular mass and positive charge density has a good turbidity effect on slight-polluted source water
