摘要
重新认识钢中各类珠光体的组织形貌具有重要理论意义和工程应用价值。珠光体组织包括经典的片状、细片状、极细片状珠光体组织;也有特殊形貌的珠光体,如点状、粒状、球状、柱状、纤维状等;还有碳化物不规则形态的类珠光体以及所谓"相问沉淀"等多种组织形貌。珠光体的片间距与过冷度呈非线性关系。发现珠光体组织存在表面浮凸现象,表面浮凸也具有珠光体组织的形貌特征。修正了珠光体的概念,提出了珠光体转变的新概念。
It is significant in theory and application to reunderstand the morphology of pearlite in steels. Classical pearlite includes lameller, fine lameller, and ultra-fine lameller ones. Specifically morphological pearlite included spot-like, granular, globular, columnar, and fibrous ones. In addition, there are structure with carbides of irregular form similar to pearlite and so-called "the interphase precipitated structure" The variation of pearlite lamina spacing with supercooling degree is nonlinear. The surface relief phenomenon is found in pearlite, and is characteristic of pearlite in morphology. The concept of pearlite is corrected, and the new concept of the pearlite transformation is proposed.
