摘要
本文对连续采煤机配套间断运输设备运输效率、故障影响以及成本的分析对比,兼顾考虑巷道支护及地质条件的影响,为连续采煤机掘进的配套间断运输设备选择提供了依据,总结了在不同的地质条件下、不同的运输距离和掘进工艺可选择不同的运输设备,达到科学合理的配置,取得了良好的经济效益。
According to analyzing and contrasting the conveying efficiency, failure effect and cost of discontinuous haulage plant matching to continuous miner and considering the influence of roadway support and geological conditions, the basis of selection of discontinuous haulage Plant Matching of continuous miner was provided in this paper.The different haulage Plant could be selected in the conditions of different geological conditions, and different transportation distance and excavation process was summarized. The Scientific and rational configuration was reached, and good economic benefit was achieved.
