摘要
针对自动武器零部件数控加工过程中加工工艺以及NC代码重用率低,NC代码编制时间长,编程人员劳动强度高等不足,对基于PMI/MKE的自动武器关重件NC代码自动生成技术进行研究。阐述3维PMI标注与MKE技术相结合的数控加工代码生成技术实现方法,深入研究其关键技术加工特征定义方法以及加工规则的定制规则。以自动武器典型零件特征开闭锁螺旋槽特征为例,详细介绍基于PMI/MKE的特征定义以及加工规则定制。研究结果表明:该方法可应用于自动武器加工领域中经常出现的加工特征,能够自动编制其数控加工工艺及NC代码,降低编程人员的劳动强度并提高编程的规范性。
Put forward the technology of NC code automatic generation technology based on PMI/MKE for automatic weapon parts processing technology and NC code reuse rate is low, the NC code compile time is long, programmer's labor intensity is high in the process of automatic weapon components NC machining. Described the NC code generation technology realization method based on combing 3D PMI demarcating with MKE technology, and studied the key techniques of machining feature definition method and the custom rules of processing rules. Taking typical parts of automatic weapon opening or locking spiral flute feature as example, the paper introduces feature definition and processing rules making based on PMI/MKE. The research results show that the method can be applied to processing field of often appeared machining feature, can automatic compile the NC machining process and the NC code, reduce the programmer's labor intensity and improve the standardization of programming.
