摘要
在高压气体经阀门放空到大气时,往往伴随着剧烈的噪声,在阀门内部采取降噪措施也不足以降低噪声到允许范围,因此,在阀门后增加降噪板,通过节流降压,以消除噪音。结合实际应用,本文讨论了降噪板在临界状态下主要参数和消音量的计算方法。
Huge noise often occurred with valve when the high-pressure gas vent to the atmosphere via valve. Noise reduction measure within the valve internal is not enough to reduce the noise to the allowable range. Therefore, usingdiffusor after valve, throttlingbuck and eliminating noise. Combining with practical application, this document discusses the calculation method of diffusor and the main parameters under the critical state.
