一种连接器端子测试仪的设计与实现

摘要 为了解决连接器次品快速检测的问题,本文设计并实现了一种连接器端子测试仪。本设计是以ST公司的STM32F407芯片为核心,利用连接器各端点之间的分布电容特性,设计出少点检测电路,能快速检测出连接器的短路或少点等缺陷。实测效果表明,该仪器具有检测后效果好、切实可行、经济方便、稳定可靠、易于用户操作等特点,具有较高的经济效益和较好的实用价值,对相关企业实现自动检测连接器故障具有一定的现实意义。 In order to solve the problem of rapid detection of defective connectors, the connector terminal tester was realized and designed. ST ‘s chip STM32F407 is used as the core of the design, the of distributed capacitance ‘s features for each endpoint between the connector was used to designed a lack pin detection circuit, it can quickly detect the short circuit or less points of the connector. The measured results show that the instrument has good performance in testing, practical, economic, convenient, stable and reliable, easy to user operation and other characteristics, has high economic benefit and better practical value, it had certain practical significance to relevant enterprises to realize automatic detection of connector fault.
