摘要
本文以节能、低成本为出发点,通过对常温物料压实影响因素及机理的研究,找出使压实效果较好的影响因素的参数范围。针对设计中出现的各种问题,进行理论分析,提出改进方案,设计出一种基于振动理论的新型物料振动压实机。
in this paper, energy saving, low cost as the starting point, through the study of the influence factors and mechanism of the room temperature material compaction, to find out the influence factors of the factors that make the compaction effect is good. In view of the various problems in the design, the theoretical analysis is carried out, and the improvement scheme is put forward, and a new type of material vibration compaction machine based on vibration theory is designed.
