慢性萎缩性胃炎胃镜病理与胃癌抗原相关性研究

目的探讨胃癌抗原（MG7-Ag）的表达与慢性萎缩性胃炎黏膜萎缩的相关性。方法检测慢性萎缩性胃炎组、健康对照组、慢性非萎缩性胃炎组患者的MG7-Ag表达水平，与其胃镜病理结果比较，进行相关性研究。结果与健康对照组、慢性非萎缩性胃炎组比较，慢性萎缩性胃炎组血清MG7-Ag明显升高（P〈0．05），慢性非萎缩性胃炎组与正常对照组血清MG7-Ag差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。慢性萎缩性胃炎组间比较：重度萎缩性胃炎患者外周血中MG7-Ag水平最高，中度次之，轻度最低，三组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论胃癌抗原（MG7-Ag）的表达水平与慢性萎缩性胃炎密切相关，可将其应用于慢性萎缩性胃炎的早期诊断及治疗中监测，有助于临床医生了解病情的发展及制定治疗方案，值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To study the correlation of MG7-Ag and infection mucosal of Chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods MG7-Ag was tested in forty-five Chronic atrophic gastritis、 fcontrol and Chronic non-atrophic gastritis groups, the results was compared with that of gastroscope pathology compare. Results The expression level of MG7-Ag of Chronic atrophic gastritis group higher than other two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .But the expression level of MG7-Ag of other two groups were not significantly different （ P〉0.05 ） .In the group of Chronic atrophic gastritis, the highest of the expression level of MG7-Ag was severe in pathology, and then the medium, the last was the mild in pathology. Conclusions The expression level of MG7-Ag is closely related to chronic atrophic gastritis, can be applied to the monitoring in the early diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, can help clinicians to understand the development of the illness and treatment, is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
