摘要
目的探讨人中性粒细胞多肽1-3(HNP1-3)在新生儿败血症诊断中的价值。方法新生儿败血症患儿105例,在入院初期(急性期)及恢复期(有效抗生素治疗10d左右)行外周血血浆HNP1-3和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)测定,取同期出生的新生儿30例作为对照组,一次性采血测定HNP1-3和hs—CRP。结果新生儿败血症急性期组血浆HNP1-3、hs—CRP水平显著高于恢复期组和对照组(P〈0.01),新生儿败血症急性期组血浆HNP1,3水平与hs—CRP水平呈中度正相关关系(r=0.450,P〈0.05)。结论新生儿败血症患儿外周血浆HNP1-3水平明显高于健康新生儿,与hs—CRP呈正相关,HNP1-3对新生儿败血症早期诊断有一定的临床价值。
Objective To explore the neutrophil peptide 1-3 ( HNP 1-3 ) value in the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis. Methods Neonatal sepsis in children with 105 cases, in the early admission ( acute phase ) and recovery ( effective antibiotics around 10 d ) line of peripheral blood plasma HNP 1-3 and allergic C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) , 30 cases of newborns in the same period wereas control group, blood smaple were collected once for the determination of blood HNP 1-3 and hs-CRP. Results During acute phase, plasma HNP 1-3, hs-CRP level in neonataleonatal sepsis group acute phase plasma HNP 1-3, hs-CRP level is significantly higher than treatment group and control group ( P〈0.01 ) , neonatal sepsis, acute phase plasma HNP of 1-3 and hs-CRP levels in moderate positive correlation ( r=0.450, P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions Neonat-alsepsis in children with peripheral blood plasma HNP 1-3 level is significantly higher than that of healthy newborn, positively correlated with hs-CRP, HNP 1-3 of neonatal sepsis in early diagnosis has certain clinical value.
