母婴床旁护理模式在产科中的应用

目的探讨母婴床旁护理在临床中的应用。方法将160例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各80例。对照组产妇采用一般护理，观察组采用母婴床旁护理。采用自行设计的护理满意度调查表和健康知识掌握情况调查表进行结果观察。结果在实施母婴床旁护理后，母婴喂养率＋k80．58％提高至96．31％，护理满意度为98．72％，均达到较高标准。结论母婴床旁护理作为产科的一种新型服务模式，可最大限度实现以家庭为中心的护理，是现今较为成熟的一对一床旁护理模式，具有广泛应用的良好前案，是未来产科发展的趋势和方向。

Objective To discuss the clinical application of maternal and infant pre-bed care. Methods 160 cases of puerpera were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group （ n=80 ） . Satisfaction questionnaire was designed by ourselves with our care and health knowledge questionnaire results observed. Results After the implementation of maternal and infant bed care, maternal and infant feeding rate increased from 80.58% to 96.31%, nursing satisfaction was 98.72%. Conclusions Maternal and infant bed nursing is a new service mode in obstetrics, it can realize family-centered care and maturity one to one bed model nursing mode. In a word, it is the trend of the development of the maternity and future direction.
