摘要
目的探讨并总结偏瘫患者健侧进行全膝关节置换术后的围手术期护理经验。方法分析1例偏瘫行健侧全膝关节置换术患者的临床资料，并根据具体情况制定周密的围手术期护理计划。结果患者术后膝关节功能恢复良好，活动度0°～100°；住院期间无并发症发生且顺利出院。结论偏瘫患者健侧进行人工膝关节置换术后实施围手术期护理干预的临床效果显著，不仅可促进患者的膝关节功能恢复，提高手术效果，更可最大限度的提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To study and summarize perioperative nursing experience of the hemiplegia patients underwent contralateral total knee arthroplasty. Methods Analysing 1 case of hemiplegia admitted in our department underwent contralateral total knee replacement, individual perioperative nursing care plan was made. Results The patients got a well fimetion after total knee arthroplasty, with ROM 0°～100° ; no complications were found and discharged smoothly. Conelusions Perioperative nursing intervention of the hemiPlegia patients after contralateral total knee arthroplasty is significant.Individual nursing care not only can promote the function recovery of knee joint and improve the effect of the operation, but also improve the maximum quality of life.
