老年患者超说明书用药调查分析

目的通过对医院老年患者超说明书用药的调查，为超说明书用药的管理研究提供数据支持和理论基础。方法统计2015年1-6月份〉60岁老年患者的门诊处方超说明书用药的情况。结果共抽取老年患者处方3305份，超说明书用药医嘱1073条，占总医嘱数的14．66％，超说明书用药主要表现为超适应证，超给药剂量和溶媒以及超给药频次。结论老年患者存在一定比例的超说明书用药情况，为了降低老年人的用药风险，实现合理用药，避免不良反应的发生，防止医患矛盾，需要医疗相关部门和相应的规范政策共同的努力。

Objective Through investigating the drug use in the elderly patients, to provide the data support and theoretical basis for the management of drug use in the ultra-specification. Methods The outpatient prescriptions of the elderly patients aged over 60 years old in the 2015 of the People Hospital from January to Jane were screened, and the statistics of the drug use in the clinic were carried out. Results 3305 pieces of extraction prescribing for elderly patients, off-label drug directed 1073, accounted for the number of total orders 14.66%, super manual medicine mainly for super indications, dosage and solvent and high frequency of drug delivery. Conclusion A certain proportion of super medication instructions situation exists in elderly patients, in order to reduce the risk of medication in the elderly to achieve rational drug use, avoiding the occurrence of adverse reactions, to prevent conflicts between doctors and patients, need medical related departments and the corresponding norms of common policy.
