细胞联合生物支架治疗脊髓损伤的研究进展

摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)的发生已成为全球性的医疗难题,现今国内外研究的重点及热点在于如何克服再生屏障,修复受损组织,促进脊髓再生。1987年正式提出组织工程学概念,其基本原理是将少量种子细胞体外培养扩增后,联合生物材料,修复损伤脊髓组织,改善生理功能。目前众多实验室研究也致力于联合生物支架与细胞,使其发挥互补协同作用,取长补短共同促进轴突再生和功能恢复。本文回顾了近年来以细胞载体为基础复合组织工程支架在SCI修复中的具体应用及其优势与局限性,旨在为进一步临床研究提供理论依据。
