公共文化服务建设中农家书屋发展对策探析

Exploration on the Development Countermeasure of the Rural Library in the Construction of Public Cultural Services

农家书屋工程是一项由政府统一规划和组织实施的利国惠民工程,以解决农民群众"买书难、借书难、看书难"的问题。农家书屋是"构建现代公共文化服务体系"不可或缺的部分,怎样突破发展瓶颈,扬长避短地实现农家书屋的可持续发展,是目前工作的重点。提出建立协调机制、整合资源和服务等农家书屋发展措施,以保障农民群众最基本的文化权益,让每一个公民都能享受到文化发展的成果。

The rural library project is a unified planning and implementation project by the government, in order to solve problems of peasants, such as being difficult to buy , borrow and read books. The rural library is an integral part of ＂the construction of the modern system of public cultural services＂. How to exploit its strong points and avoid exposing its weaknesses to achieve its sustainable development is the focus. This paper puts forward the development countermeasure of the rural library, such as establishing coordination mechanism, integrating re- source management and services, in order to ensure the most basic cultural rights and interests of farmers and let every citizen can enjoy the fruit of cultural development.
