摘要
目的:通过观察温热疏密波不同波段对大鼠膝骨性关节炎关节软骨组织的病理变化,探讨最佳波段的治疗作用。方法:选择SD大鼠60只,随机分成6组,各组采用相应干预方法,8周后观察关节软骨组织的病理变化。结果:8周时正常组关节软骨病理变化基本正常;模型组关节软骨表膜粗糙,移行层细胞外露,个别部位软骨细胞核固缩、坏死;疏密波1∶2模式组软骨细胞出现轻度萎缩,胞质内可见少许内质网扩张、线粒体肿胀;微波对照组、疏密波1∶1模式组、疏密波2∶1模式组软骨细胞形态、细胞器等病理变化,均优于模型组(P<0.01),但比疏密波1∶2模式组差(P<0.05)。结论:温热疏密波不同波段均能延缓膝骨性关节炎软骨细胞及软骨基质的退变,而疏密波1∶2模式更明显。
Objective:The influence of warm dense-sparse waves of different wave band on articular cartilage tissue pathological changes in knee osteoarthritis of rats were observed to explore the therapeutic effect of optimal band. Methods:Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into six groups,each group received corresponding intervention method,and the pathological changes of articular cartilage were observed after eight weeks. Results:The pathological changes of articular cartilage were normal in normal group after eight weeks. In model group,articular cartilage surface was rough and the migration layer was exposed,and the nucleus of the cartilage was pyknotic and necrotic. The dense-sparse waves 1∶2 model group showed mild atrophy in cytoplasm,endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria appeared slightly swollen. The pathological changes of cartilage cell morphology and cell organelles in microwave control group,the dense-sparse waves 1∶1 mode group,and the dense-sparse waves 2∶1 pattern group were better than that in the model group(P〈0.01),but worse than that in the dense-sparse waves 1∶2 model group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Warm dense-sparse waves of different wave band can delay the degeneration of knee osteoarthritis chondrocytes and cartilage matrix,and the dense-sparse waves 1∶2 pattern has more obvious effect.
