摘要
针对目前日益加剧的环境问题,在逆向物流的回收网络规划中,加入了碳排放的因素,构建了一个两阶段的逆向物流回收网络模型,重点在于解决逆向物流过程中的回收中心、加工中心的选址问题,回收路径的选择问题以及客户回收需求的分配问题.选取实例,并采用lingo11.0编码求解,结果表明当单位碳排放系数达到一定数值时,企业基于碳排放最小的逆向物流回收网络选择方案所产生的固定费用要优于企业不考虑碳排放时所选择的方案所产生的费用.并且,考虑碳排放的逆向物流的社会总成本是更优的,这更有利于社会的资源配置.
Aiming at the increasing environmental problems, the researcher added the carbon emission factors to the network plan of the reverse logistics recycling, constructed the two-stage reverse logistics network model. It focus on the solution to the location problems of recycling center and machining center, the choice of recycling routes and the allocation problem of the client demands. By adding instances and using lingo11.0, the researcher commits himself to prove that when the unit carbon emission coefficient reaches a certain value, the fixed cost of network plan of the reverse logistics recycling which is based on the minimum carbon emission is superior to (lower than) that of the plan which does not consider the carbon emission factors. Meanwhile, the social total cost of the previous plan is more conducive to social resource allocation.
