摘要
针对属性值以区间二型模糊数形式给出的多属性决策问题,提出基于灰色关联度的多属性群体决策方法.首先,提出了一种新的计算区间二型模糊数之间距离的测度;然后,结合该距离测度公式构造出一种新的基于距离测度来求权重的方法,运用此方法求出决策者属性的权重;接着,通过主客观综合赋权法求出专家权重;最后,通过各方案与理想方案的灰色关联贴近度对方案进行大小排序.案例分析及对比分析说明该方法的合理有效性.
With respect to the multiple attribute group decision-making whose attribute values are given in terms of Interval type-2 fuzzy sets, a new method of multiple attributes group decision making based on grey relation degree is proposed. First, we propose a new distance formula between two interval type-2 fuzzy sets is defined. Then, combining with the proposed distance formula constructs a new method based on distance measure to evaluate the weight, using this method to make out the weights of attributes, and using subjective and objective comprehensive empowerment to make out the weight of decision makers. In addition, making out the Grey Related degree of each plan, next, accordingly order these plans. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
