摘要维持性血液透析（maintenance hemodialysis MHD）是治疗终末期肾衰竭患者的有效手段和延长患者生命的主要方法[1-2]。我们对贵阳市3所三甲医院进行调查,分析长期（3个月以上）维持性血液透析女性患者心理状况及其相关因素。报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料收集贵阳市3所三甲医院行MHD治疗且愿意配合者97例,患者年龄2070岁,6069岁占26.80%,透析龄从3个月到16年不等。调查对象均意识清楚,病情稳定,
