髓样细胞触发受体-1和血清C反应蛋白在重症急性胰腺炎中的表达及价值

Expression and Value of Triggering Receptors Expressed on Myeloid Cells-l and Serum C-reactive Protein in Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探讨髓样细胞触发受体-1和血清C反应蛋白在重症急性胰腺炎中的价值。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年6月我院收治的40例重症急性胰腺炎患者为研究组,40例轻型急性胰腺炎患者为对照组,选取同时间段内在我院行健康检查的20例健康人为健康对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测外周血髓样细胞触发受体-1(TREM-1),采用免疫比浊法检测血清C反应蛋白(CRP)。结果:重症急性胰腺炎患者的髓样细胞触发受体-1表达明显高于轻型胰腺炎患者及健康人(P<0.05);急性胰腺炎患者的外周血髓样细胞触发受体-1和血清C反应蛋白含量与病情呈正相关。结论:髓样细胞表达触发受体-1在重症急性胰腺炎中的表达相对较高,且与CRP的含量有密切关系,具有临床应用价值。

Objective：To explore the value of triggering receptors expressed on myeloid cells-l（TREM-1） and serum c-reactive protein in severe acute pancreatitis. Methods：Frem January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital 40 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients were selected as observation group, 40 cases of mild acute pancreatitis as contrast group,selected with the time line in our health check within 20 cases of healthy people as healthy control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was ased to detect peripheral blood myeloid cells triggering receptor- 1. Immunoturbidimetry method is used to detect serum c-reactive protein serum c-reactive protein（CRP）. Results： After the examination, in severe acute pancreatitis patients, myeloid cells trigger receptor expression was significantly higher than mild acute pancreatitis patients and healthy controls（P0.05）. In acute pancreatitis patients, peripheral blood myeloid cells trigger receptor-1 and serum c-reactive protein was positively associated with the illness. Conclusion：Triggering receptors expressed on myeloid cells-l in severe acute pancreatitis express is relative taller, and has close relationship with the content of CRP and have clinical application value.
