浅表性膀胱癌患者医学应对现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the Coping Style of Patients with Superficial Bladder Cancer and the Influential factors

目的:探讨浅表性膀胱癌患者医学应对现状及其影响因素。方法:采用一般调查表和医学应对问卷(MCMQ)量表对120例浅表性膀胱癌患者进行调查。结果:浅表性膀胱癌患者面对因子得分低于常模,回避、屈服因子得分高于常模(P<0.05);性别、文化程度、化疗阶段和手术方式是影响患者应对方式的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:浅表性膀胱癌术后患者应对方式受多种因素影响,医护人员应根据患者特点指导并帮助患者采取积极应对方式。

Objective： To explore the coping style of patients with superficial bladder cancer and analysis the influential factors. Methods： 120 cases of patients with superficial bladder cancer were investigated by the General Questionnaire and the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire. Results：Among the coping strategies, the scores of face coping factor were lower than the national norm while the avoidance factor and yielding factor were higher than the national norm（P0.05）. The operative method, education level, gender and stages of chemotherapy were the main factors influencing the coping style（P0.05）. Conclusion： For the postoperative patients with superficial bladder cancer, the coping style was influenced by different factors. Therefore, health management staff should attach their highlights on patients＇ coping strategies and instruct the patients with active coping strategies based on the their traits.
