改良内置管肠排列术治疗术后严重粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Modified Internal Intestinal Arrangement in Treatment of Postoperative Severe Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

目的:分析改良内置管肠排列术在治疗术后严重粘连性肠梗阻中的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年6月-2015年10月期间在我院治疗的45例严重粘连性肠梗阻患者,根据术式将所有患者分为两组,观察组24例,对照组21例。对照组采用常规肠粘连松解术,观察组采用改良内置管肠排列术,分析比较两组肛门恢复排便排气时间、气液平面消失时间,治疗有效率及复发率。结果:观察组肛门恢复排便排气时间、气液平面消失时间均显著快于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(95.83%vs 66.67%,P<0.05);观察组术后复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良内置管肠排列术在治疗严重粘连性肠梗阻中临床效果显著,治愈率高、复发率低,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified internal intestinal arrangement in treatment of postoperative severe adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods：45 patients with severe adhesive intestinal obstruction treated in the hospital from June 2014 to October 2015 were selected. All the patients were divided into observation group（n=24） and control group（n=21） by operation methods. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional enterolysis and patients in the observation group were treated with modified internal intestinal arrangement.The restoring defecation exhaust time,gas-fluid level disappearance time,the effective rate and the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results ：The restoring defecation exhaust time and gas-fluid level disappearance time of observation group were significantly faster than those of control group（P0.05）. The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（95.83% vs 66.67%,P0.05）. The postoperative recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（P0.05）. Conclusion： Modified internal intestinal arrangement in treatment of postoperative severe adhesive intestinal obstruction has significant clinical efficacy with high cure rate and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of further clinical generalization.
