对糖尿病高危足患者指南制定的思考

Thoughts on creating guidelines for high risk of Diabetic Foot Ulcer patients

本研究遵循循证的原则,站在患者的视角,使用通俗易懂的语言,旨在为糖尿病高危足患者提供科学有效的基于证据的患者指南,以增加患者对疾病的了解与认识,提高糖尿病高危足患者的自我管理能力与依从性,达到预防糖尿病足溃疡甚至截肢的发生、减少不必要的医疗花费、提高患者生活质量的目的。本文论述糖尿病高危足患者指南制定的必要性及构建的具体流程,以指导患者指南的构建,同时也为构建其他病种的患者指南提供参考依据。

This study follows the principles of evidence-based, from the perspective of patients, use language that is easier for patients to comprehend, offer a scientific, effective and evidenced based guideline for patients. This guideline provides informational education to all diabetic patients, improves ability of self management and compliance to ulcer presentation measures, ultimately reduces the rate of foot ulcer and amputation, reduces the cost of medical treatment, eventually to improve patients＇ quality of life. This paper discusses the necessity and the plan of development of the guideline, which includes the detail process of the guideline, therefore, provides clinical reference not only for diabetic patients but also for other type of diseases.
