摘要
目的 :开发与实践基于OSCE模式的多站式护理综合实训项目课程。方法 :随机选择本校三年制高职护理专业2013级2个班级,设为研究组,开设60学时的OSCE模式多站式护理综合实训项目课程;2012级2个班级为对照组,由同一组教师采用传统模式进行综合实训授课。于课程结束后对所有护生进行4站式OSCE技能考核。结果 :研究组护生OSCE技能考核得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :在护生实习前开设OSCE模式多站式护理综合实训项目课程,有助于提高护理教育教学质量。
Objective： To develop and practice the ＂comprehensive training of nursing＂ project course based on OSCE model. Method： Totally 60 hours credit OSCE model ＂comprehensive training of nursing＂ was offered to three years Associate Nursing Degree 2013 class, two classes were randomly chosen as the research group; Two other classes from class 2012 were chosen as the control group, where this group used traditional teaching method with same instructors. When the courses complete, all nursing students received four courses of OSCE skill test. Results： Successfully establish OSCE model ＂comprehensive training of nursing＂ course, students who got OSCE model teaching showed better grades compare to traditional classes. Conclusion： Enrolling OSCE model ＂comprehensive training of nursing＂ course before the practical course actually improves the quality of nursing education, promotes nursing education reforms.
