摘要
目的 :调查公立医院第一学历本科护士个人职业规划现状及其影响因素。方法 :2014年9-12月对江苏省18所公立医院434名第一学历本科护士进行问卷调查。结果 :第一学历本科护士个人职业规划总均分为(40.57±8.14),4个维度得分率由高到低依次为继续学习、注重关系、确立职业目标及策略、自我展示。编制、性别、医院等级、工作科室、毕业学校、月收入、年龄、职称、婚姻情况、区域分布是主要影响因素。结论 :公立医院第一学历本科护士个人职业规划在中等水平,建议根据影响因素进行分类干预,改进管理和服务措施,提高第一学历本科护士个人职业规划能力,从而稳定该群体护士,从而提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective: The study aimed to investigate bachelor degree nurses'perceptions ofcareer planningin public hospitals. Methods: In 2014, a cross-sectional survey by questionnaire was conducted. A total of 434 bachelor degree nurses working in 18 public hospitals were participated in the study. Results: The mean score of nurses'career planningwas (40.57±8.14). Subscales in descending order by scoring rate are continuous learning, focusingon relationship, identifying career target and strategy, self-presentation. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that, the district level, age, school, the hospital type, title, jobs are the main factors of career Planning. Conclusion: bachelor degree nurses'career planning is in the medium level, it is suggested that nursing decision makers should be according to the hospital, hospital grade, age, job title, such as characteristics, the categorized intervention measures, improvement of management and service, so as to improve the ability of career planning, improve the stability of a bachelor's degree in nursing, and improve the quality of nursing.
