不同分型甲状腺癌血清微量元素水平

Serum trace elements levels of patients with different types of thyroid cancer

摘要 目的:通过不同分型的甲状腺癌患者血清中微量元素Gu、Zn、Mn、Se、Mg、Fe的测定,探讨甲状腺癌与微量元素的相关性。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定35例健康组(A组),82例甲状腺癌患者组(B组),患者血清中微量元素的含量。结果:分析数据显示,所检测的6种微量元素在两个观察组中均存在显著性差异(P=0.001)。甲状腺癌组中Zn、Se和Mg显著降低,其他3种微量元素显著增高。不同分型的甲状腺癌患者血清微量元素无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:微量元素与甲状腺癌的发生具有一定相关性,能早期提示患甲状腺癌的风险,但对其恶性程度及分型没有显著的参考意义。 Objective: To detect the trace elements including copper(Gu), zinc(Zn), manganese(Mn),selenium(Se), magnesium(Mg) and iron(Fe) in serum of patients with different types of thyroid canners and to explore the correlation between thyroid cancer and trace elements. Methods: Serum trace elements levels of 35 healthy controls (group A) and 82 patients with thyroid cancers (group B) were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: Data anal- yses showed that the six trace elements had significant differences (P=0.001) between two groups. Serum Zn, Se and Mg levels of patients with thyroid cancers were significantly reduced while Gu, Mn, and Fe were significantly increased. Serum trace elements had no significant difference in different types of thyroid cancer (P〉 0.05). Conclusion: There was some relevance between trace elements and thyroid cancer. Trace elements can prompt early risk of thyroid cancer, but had no significant reference to the malignant degree and types.
