台湾地区体育师资培育的考察与启示

An Investigation on The Training of Physical Education Teachers in Taiwan Region and Its Enlightenment

采用文献资料法和访谈法,对台湾地区教师资格制度的发展历程、教师资格检定及甄选制度进行了研究。分析了台湾地区体育师资生的甄选及培育流程,考察了部分地区中小学体育教师职前资格认定、审查、考试组织、考试内容等。台湾地区体育教师检定与甄选在职前教育、教师准入上对我国教师培育有一定的启示,为我国中小学体育教师资格认定考试制度的完善提供参考。

By using the method of literature and interview, the research was carried out on the develop- ment course, the verification and selection system of physical education teachers＇ qualification system in Taiwan Region. It analyzes the selection and cultivation process of physical teacher qualification in Taiwan Region, and investigates the physical education teachers＇ pre service qualification, review, organization, examination content, etc.at some areas of primary and secondary school. The examination and selection of physical education teachers in Taiwan Region offers a certain reference value for our teachers＂ training on. And it will provide a reference to the improvement on teacher qualification identification examination system for the elementary and middle schools.
