地方本科院校转型发展过程中基层学术组织重构

The Reconstruction of Basic Level Academic Organization in Transformational Development of Local Undergraduate Colleges

在知识生产由模式1向模式2转型、学科发展由经典范式向现代范式转变的形势下,基层学术组织在地方本科院校转型发展过程中需破除目前存在的定位不准、任务不清、学科不通、调整不快、团队不强等问题,应从需求导向、学科交叉、实体运作、动态调整、团队强化和研教结合六个方面进行重构基层学术组织,加快实现地方本科院校向应用技术大学转型发展。

In the situation of transformation of knowledge production from model 1 to mode 2, disci- pline development from the classic paradigm to modern paradigm, the basic level academic organization need to get rid of many problems in the transformational development of local undergraduate colleges, for example inaccurate positioning, unclear task, discipline barrier, slow adjustment, weak team spirit, etc. We should reconstruct the basic level academic organization from the aspects of demand orientation, cross--discipline, entity operation, dynamic adjustment, reinforcement of teamwork, combination of research and teaching, and accelerate the transformational development of local undergraduate colleges to applied technical universities.
