危机领导力是应急管理中的重要组成部分。按照应急管理理论,危机领导力十大构成要素可以划分为"预防与准备""监测与预警""应急处置与救援"和"恢复与重建"四个阶段,要素之间的关系则表现为:时序关系、层次关系和二维关系。危机领导力要素的分析清晰地展现了应急管理不同阶段领导力的内涵,对危机领导者的选择和培养有重大意义。

Crisis leadership is an important part of crisis management. Crisis leadership mainly consists of ten elements, which can be distributed in the four phases of emergency management： prevention and preparation stage, monitoring and early warning stage, emergency response and rescue stage and recovery and reconstruction stage phase. The relationship between the ten elements can be summarized as time sequence relations, hierarchical relations and two-dimensional relations. The analysis of the elements of crisis leadership not only shows the connotation of leadership in different stages of emergency management clearly, but also is of great significance to the choice and cultivation of the crisis leaders.
