To achieve the comprehensive development of human is the important goals of the human mod- ernization. On the contrary, human modernization is the important contents to achieve the comprehensive devel- opment of human. Marx＇s theory of man＇s all - round development provided an important ideological basis and scientific theoretical guidance for achieving human modernization. To achieve the human modernization under the background of value orientation diversification must adhere to Marxist theory of man＇s all - round development and establish the Marxist innovative idea to let the human modernization develop in the right direction. Innovation is the core quality of the human modernization, the internal driving force to achieve the human modernization and also the fundamental way to achieve the human modernization. To study on the human modernization from the view of innovation can provide us an unique value scale, can guide our social practice and provide us a new way of thinking, at the same time can provide for the human modernization, for the comprehensive development a new topics and to enable them to be rich and development.
