在我国经济进入新常态的大背景下,资源高消耗趋势将逐步减缓,依赖资源的发展模式将逐步被淘汰,资源型城市可持续发展问题日益凸显。西部资源型城市以成长型和成熟型为主要类型,有相对广阔的回旋空间和相对宽松的调整时间,要紧紧把握国际国内产业转移的历史机遇,在承接产业转移过程中,围绕重点产业,精准施策,引导构建多元化产业体系。

Under the background that China＇s economy into the new normal, the trend of high consumption of resources will gradually slow down, the development model of relying on resources will gradually be eliminated and the problem of sustainable development of resource - based cities will become increasingly prominent. The resource -based cities in western China take the growth type and the mature type as the main types. They have relatively wide adjustment space and relatively liberal adjustment time. They should firmly grasp the historical opportunity of international and domestic industrial transfer. In the undertaking industrial transfer process, it must focus on key industries, develop and implement targeted industrial policies and guide the construction of a diversified industrial system.
