互联网技术条件下学术期刊发展面临的困境与突破

在互联网技术推动下,学术期刊的生产、制作、传播形态发生了很大改变。学术期刊的发展面临着传统纸质出版与现代数字出版之间的矛盾、论文发表时效性与编辑部质量把关必要性之间的矛盾、学术论文传统出版的事先评价与在线出版事后评价之间的矛盾、网络学术资源的易得性与学术论文观点创新艰难性之间的矛盾、学术期刊品牌的整体性与内容传播的碎片性之间的矛盾、学术期刊内容的单篇呈现与整体性出版之间的矛盾等6个需要解决的问题。对此,亟待我们从更新办刊理念、改变学术期刊经营方式、积极运用新技术等方面采取措施加以突破。

The emergence of Internet technology is a major event in the developing history of human society, it is accelerating the process of human civilization, rapidly changing the ways of human production, living and thought. Under the Internet technology＇ s push forward, the state of academic journals＇ creation, and broadcast, has changed a lot. There are several main out-standing problems in the development of academic journals, such as the contradiction between the traditional paper-publishing and modern digital publishing, the one between the timeliness of paper publishing and the quality controlled by the editors＇ office, the one between pre-evaluation and post evaluation, the one between availability of network academic resources and academic in-novation, the one between integrity in the academic journal＇ s image and fragments in content, the one between single paper expression and the whole-scale publishing. In order to solve these problems, we should actively take measures, such as urgently updating the ideas about publishing, modifying the managing method, using new technology, etc.
