摘要
海域动态监视监测业务是实施海域综合管理精细化、科学化、规范化的重要手段。文章从海域使用现状监测、海域空间资源监测、综合评价与决策支持和监视监测业务管理等方面对海域动态监视监测业务进行了梳理,以期为国家海域动态监视监测管理系统的深入运行和业务拓展提供参考。
Sea area dynamic surveillance monitoring business is an important means to implement the fine,scientific and standardized management of the sea area.This paper analyzed the sea area dynamic monitoring service,from the status quo of using the sea areas in space monitoring,resource monitoring,comprehensive evaluation and decision support and monitoring business management,and provided reference for further operation and development of dynamic surveillance monitoring management system of national sea area.
