文章介绍了PSF11动力转向油的研制过程。以加氢基础油为主,添加降凝剂、黏度指数改进剂、抗泡剂以及RHY4026工业用油复合剂,研制出了具有优异的低温性能、抗泡沫性能、热氧化安定性、抗磨损性能和温升特性的动力转向油产品,该产品可广泛应用于汽车动力转向系统的润滑,保障汽车转向的平稳程度和灵敏程度,提升驾驶舒适性。
A power steering fluid PSF11has been developed. The oil consists of pour point depressant, viscosity index im-prover, antifoam agent, hydrogenated base oil and multifunctional compound additive RHY4026. The PSF11 has excellent low temperature fluidity, anti - foam ability, thermal oxidation stability, anti - wear ability and temperature rise characteristics, which can be widely used in automobile steering system to ensure the stability and sensitivity of steering system and im- prove driving comfort.
