近海渔船专用润滑油行船试验研究

Study on the Field Test of Offshore-fishing Boat Lubricating Oil

文章介绍了在功率分别为540 k W(734 hp)、527 k W(717 hp)和115 k W(156 hp)船舶上完成900 h、1000 h和1100 h行船试验及过程油样的采集、分析检测及吊缸检查等工作。根据油品监测及吊缸检查结果,在1000 h使用范围内,近海渔船专用润滑油性能稳定,各项指标正常,未出现任何因发动机油引起的行船故障,表现出优异的高温清净性、酸中和能力及抗氧化抗磨性能,能够满足近海船舶使用要求。

900 h, 1000 h and 1100 h field test, sampling, analysis detection, overhaul inspection on 540 kW（734 hp）, 527 kW（717 hp） and 115 kW（ 156 hp） ships were introduced in this paper. The results of the oil monitoring and overhaul inspec- tion show that the porformance of offshore -fishing special lubricating oil is stable and every specification is normal within the testing period of 1000 h. No problem that caused by engine oil was observed, showing excellent high temperature deter- gency, acid neutralizing capacity and anti - oxidation and anti - wear properties. Our research demonstrates that the engine oil can satisfy the requirements for offshore ships
