摘要
2012年,中国石化济南分公司进行了重质基础油光亮油基地建设,国产100 m^2转鼓真空过滤机在28万吨/年酮苯脱蜡脱油装置中首次得以应用,文章介绍了此设备的原理和结构特点,分析了与常规滤机的异同和优势,对运行三年多来产生的主要问题进行了总结和分析,并提出了解决措施。
In 2012, SINOPEC Jinan Company carried on the base construction of heavy base oil and bright oil , and the do- mestic 100 m2 rotary drum vacuum filter was applied in the 0. 28 Mt/a ketone benzene dewaxing and despoiling device for the first time. In this paper, the principle and structure characteristics of the filter were introduced. The similarities, differ- ences and advantages compared with the conventional filter were analyzed. Through summarizing and analyzing the main problems appeared in the past three years, the corresponding solutions or proposals were put forward.
