摘要
利用2014年夏季中国第6次北极科考获得的连续表层海水叶绿素a浓度、温度和盐度数据,研究东海至楚科奇海表层海水叶绿素a分布及影响因素。结果表明,东海至白令海以南太平洋海域叶绿素a浓度平均值2.767 mg/m^3,变化范围0.386~8.642 mg/m^3,变化趋势由西南至东北先增加后减少,白令海至楚科奇海海域叶绿素a浓度平均值1.166 mg/m^3,变化范围0.06~8.283 mg/m^3,变化趋势由南至北递减。采用Pearson相关性分析,结果表明,对于浮游植物生长来说,东海至白令海以南太平洋海域夏季过高的温度和光照水平是不利因素,盐度影响很小,白令海至楚科奇海海域较低的盐度水平则是不利因素,温度和光照水平影响很小。另一个重要影响因素营养盐水平则是跟研究海域洋流变化有关。
Sea-surface chlorophyll a distribution and impact factors was studied from East China Sea to Chukchi Sea taking use of the continuous sea-surface chlorophyll a concentration,temperature and salinity data from the 6th Chinese Arctic Research Expedition during the summer of 2014. Results showed that the chlorophyll a concentration average value of sea area from East China Sea to the Pacific Ocean south of Bering Sea is 2.767 mg/m3,variation range is 0.386~8.642 mg/m3,the trend is decrease after the first increase from southwest to northeast;as for sea area from Bering Sea to Chukchi Sea,the average value is 1.166 mg/m3 and the variation range is 0.06~8.283 mg/m3,the trend is decrease from south to north. Pearson correlation analysis showed that,for phytoplankton growth,excessive high temperature and illumination levels in the sea area from East China Sea to the Pacific Ocean south of Bering Sea during summer is unfavorable factor,salinity has little impact,in the sea area from Bering Sea to Chukchi Sea,excessive low salinity is unfavorable factor,temperature and illumination levels has little impact. Another important influence factor is nutrient level which is associated with the currents changes in the study area.
